Orders and Shipping
All orders place before 1pm during week days will be dispatched the same day. Generally speaking the Eastern seaboard of Australia takes between 1-3 days from dispatch to delivery but will vary depending on your location and local services. As long as your package does not include batteries, all orders to WA are sent via air freight and SHOULD arrive between 2-5 days.

Once your order is dispatched you will receive via the email addressed you used when placing the order, a tracking number and details/instructions on how to track your order.
No, all offline credit card payments using your credit card numbers are destroyed immediately after the transaction has been made and approved from the bank.
Our ABN is registered for GST, it is a requirement by law but to keep it simple, the pricing you see listed on the products pages includes GST already.

Returns and Exchanges
If an item has a major fault associated with its function a refund, store credit or replacement may be available. We do not accept change of mind returns on custom-made items or special orders. Special orders cannot be cancelled once production has been commenced or after materials for production have been purchased If the product does not meet the customers’ expectations CONTACT US HERE with the details as this will be dealt with individually. If your order arrives damage, you need to bring it to the delivery persons attention and make note of it if asked to sign for the package, you have the option of refusing any package that has been damaged during shipping. if you accept the package after bringing it to the delivery persons attention, you should then take a photo of the damage and contact us HERE
You need to contact us ASAP, we can always change your shipping address before your order is dispatched but once your order is dispatched we are unable to do anything about it. Make sure all the details you enter are correct.
You can change or cancel any order up until your order is dispatched, once your order is dispatched no changes can be made or cancelled.
